STUDIES IN TWENTIETH CENTURY/MODERN BRITISH LITERATURE/CULTURE

This course is a Graduate Student/Honours Student blended course:

Discussion of experimental poetry with a focus on multimedial and multisensorial strategies of resistance. Drawing on thinkers such as Puar, Balso, Nancy, L.B. Simpson, and Agamben, we will establish a dialogue among Canadian and UK poets, including Bergvall, O’Sullivan, Moure, Dumont, Monk, Howard, Presley, Abel, Tarlo, and Avasilichioaei.
