Congratulations to Alexa Wilcox, winner of the Roberta Sarty McNab Scholarship
The Roberta Sarty Macnab Scholarship is awarded annually to a student majoring in English; having completed the second year of the Bachelor of Arts program with the highest marks in their class and who is returning to Acadia University for a third year of studies in English. The scholarship was established in 2022 through the generosity of Roberta Sarty-Macnab, proud member of the Class of 1956. BA English, BEd.
About Alexa:
Alexa grew up near Halifax and knew from a young age that she wanted to study English. She has held a deep love of literature and storytelling for most of her life. She also loves walking in the woods, cozy nights lit by fairy lights, and all things fantasy.
